SHIPPING

All items are dispatched within a 2-7 business day(s) fulfilment window depending on inventory and pre-order status.

Once dispatched, we anticipate a 2-7 business day delivery window (excluding holidays) depending on the shipping method selected. Please check to see that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

With your confirmed purchase from For The Culture Club you agree to assume responsibility of your incoming item(s) once the item has been fulfilled, shipped, and a tracking number has been provided. We do not replace or refund LOST or STOLEN packages. In the event that your package has been lost or stolen in delivery or after delivery has been confirmed we encourage you to file a claim immediately with the shipping agent.

We do not ship internationally (yet).

 

RETURNS

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges on pre-order and specialty items (including personal apparel, collaborative merch and exclusive drops.) Please ensure you select the correct size based on our size charts.

If your order happens to be missing an item, contains a damaged product, or you just have questions about your order overall, please email us at hello@fortheculture.club with your order number.

We have the right to refuse your return if we feel the item is not in the condition it was sent to you in. If your return is rejected when it arrives to us then we will send it back to you.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • Wardrobing: An irregular or excessive return history.
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
